Everything was fine till the day before yesterday. When you're out of moves, the game asks you if you want to use gold bars to add moves or watching ads to do so but from yesterday the game says "connecting to server" and nothing happens. There for I lose lives and no other choices but start the level again. And when you are out of moves it circles again. Please fix this.

I really used to enjoy this game, but it has become more of a kill joy for me. The games hangs, and crashes abruptly far more times than I could count. And many levels of the game are set up not to win without buying gold bars - you only win such levels when they want you to, after an endless amount of attempts. These are just two of the terrible experiences I've had for some time now, and they've taken away all the fun....

So for 4 days now I have lost my daily spin bonus for playing each day. The train has stopped appearing. All my saved lives I've collected from friends have disappeared. My game can no longer be sped up, it's excruciating slow. A new feature appeared yesterday to shuffle the game board but that's also disappeared. I won a big tournament with a 1st prize of 100 gold bars each month for 12 months. However I have yet to receive this month's reward of 100 gold bars. I'm frustrated 😠 😡 👿 😤

I try to watch ads for extra moves but after a 30 second ad freezes and takes over a minute, there is no exit button and no way to get back to the level so I end up losing the level and all the benefits I've earned by not losing.incredibly frustrating. Ready to uninstall the app. It's just a time waster anyway. At least you aren't forced to watch ads in order to play.

This game used to be great but lately it has gotten to the point where money must be spent on power ups or gold to pass levels. Also, my biggest issue is the daily rewards machine, why does it randomly disappear? I will be on a streak of daily rewards with a fully upgraded machine and then it will suddenly be gone for a week or more and then when it's back it says it downgraded while I was gone so I have to start it from the beginning again. Frustrating!!

I understand that you let users win the first few levels at somewhat of a normal to hard challenge. But the further you go you then start to realize that they want for you to spend money and it reminds you multiple times to spend money if you want to pass a level or two. But this scheme is not at all good and will be forcing me to uninstall because the levels are made for you to fail unless you spend hard earn cash.

I just started playing this and it's so far one of my favorite games currently. The levels get progressively harder as you progress but what's nice is that the devs thought of potential burn out and gives you an easy one every couple of levels especially after a super hard one. I love that it's not a straight forward matching game and you have to really plan out how you will clear the board. Comebinding candies is the key to each different level with different combinations key to each one!

Its a good game, but the problem is this game is too pay to win, and sometimes, impossible to to beat without having to watch a ad or pay. Like if your about to beat the level but tou cant get rid of the last jelly on your last turn' the lollipop hammer with glow, showing that it is impossible to beat the level without having to use the hammer, im free to play, and this is especially annoying because then i lose the level and have to watch an ad.

Same as all "free to play" games with micro transactions. Every player will come across a level so impossible the only only option to pass it will involve buying boosters. That's when I've had my fun and it's time to uninstall. It ain't free if you have no other option but to pay for progression. Just a case of who has the deepest lockets. Good for a while but time for something else.

I've been on this app for many, many years and have loved playing it. Recently it has become very obvious the game programming has changed in favor of money. Levels are nearly impossible to solve with the combinations and complexity given. Without paying. If you pay, suddenly it's very easy to resolve and combinations are player friendly. Activision, if you are trying to wean people off of Candy Crush, this will definitely do it. This is very disappointing.

I've got a problem with lv 8024. The objective is jelly and fish. The fish are already there, but when you combine a fish with a striped or a bomb, it gets rid of available fish if they're hit without counting them, already annoying. And then you instantly lose! Because the available amount isn't enough. And here is my problem, why lose instantly when there are plenty of fish there to combine with a color bomb. You can make as many as there are of that color on the field with 1 move!
